This program is designed for students who need to complete the Classroom Theory classes required to complete the inhouse licensing program. After completing this program the student must complete the Behind-the-Wheel and Observation 14 periods (50 minutes each) training and pass an inhouse Practical driving road test. Completion of both programs is necessary to receive the certificate of completion that can be redeemed for a license at the age of 18 at a DMV location.
